During the pulping process, the machine uses a mixture of water and raw materials in order to produce the slurry for the tray making process. In order to make the trays according to the mould, a negative pressure is applied along with a vacuum to create the trays. During the drying phase of the process, the semi-finished product is dried with the use of the drying line and if done properly, this can reduce the issue of losses as well as poorly-formed trays. Drying line are currently available in either a brick or metal version. And the packing process makes use of a hot press machine which is used to squeeze large amounts of trays together.
